I am begging you. I am literally begging you not to do this. The killed that boy. I saw his body. They handcuffed him and shot him in the back of the head. 

Someone had to say this. Someone had to beg people to not take this moment in time to talk about how not ALL cops are like this. We see this every day. Every single day. This derailment. This reaction. This lack of concern. This sickness. This hate. This ambivalence. This lack of empathy. This lack of sympathy.

So much has been written to say it’s not okay to jump in with “Not ALL white people.” Here it is. This is it. In Blood and white. This is who says these things. This is who you are. This is who you choose to be. This is who you are allowed to be. This is who you are encouraged to be.

An unarmed, handcuffed Black male, one that called the police for help, was shot. In the back of the head. While handcuffed. While handcuffed. While handcuffed.

The important thing is that you let Dion know, you let Black people know, you let the world know that not ALL cops are like this. Not only will you let us know, you will let us know before the blood is washed from the side walk. Before the tears of the Mother who just lost her child have dried. Before Dion even finished talking.

You let us know.

You let us all know. Black bodies are not human bodies.

You let us all know. Black deaths are worthy of praise.

You let us all know. Black is nothing.

I hate you. True hate. I hate you. With every fiber, with every heartbeat that I am still allowed to have. I hate you.

This is not fear. This is not emotion. This is not even anger. It is pure hate. I wish ever harm to come to you. Those things I have never said, I am saying them now. You deserve to have the kind of harm come to you that you are now defending.
