Cis privilege means that I was not triggered by some of the rhetoric being spewed by cis folks about trans* people that’s been showing up on my dash because I was never the target of transphobic hate and violence.

Today in acknowledging my privilege over trans women, as a C[D]FAB genderqueer who passes as a cis female, the vast majority of rhetoric being spewed by cis folks against trans folks is not aimed at me and I have to deal with a hell of a lot less bullshit than they do.
